Our service is the supervision of food facilities for the processing of meals for pilgrims during (Haj and Ummrah) in holy Makkah's catering kitchens.
The service includes the processing of sites and follow-up health requirements in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and the company contracted with the secretariat and the obligation to provide technical cadres where permits are issued for kitchens allowing them to distribute meals within the hotels and within the range of holy places (Haj Area), Also we follow-up and supervise continuously the sites that have been contracted to prevent occurrence of any poisoning or health problems, Our supervisors also give advice the owners to show them how they could upgrade the kitchens using the best technologies.
